For over a decade, I had a lead role for The American Advertising Federation of Toledo’s content strategy. Starting with a underused Facebook page and Twitter account, I developed and executed a plan to organize content and create eye-catching graphics to promote our events. I ran our first facebook advertising campaigns, focused on capturing leads for events as well as membership.

Realizing we had never launched a campaign specific to membership recruitment, I guided a team through the process of creating multiple video testimonials that were then used multiple ways to engage potential members. As the President of the organization in the 2019-2020 membership year, I helped the team redirect focus from in person events and benefits to online meetings and content.
